Top real estate agent has stylish new brand identity for forward-thinking clients

William Raveis top real estate agent Katie O’ Grady needed a brand identity program that was able to speak to a wide variety of clientle that are both visually informed and forward, yet still be inclusive to an existing traditionally based customer.

Jargon Boy’s Greg Chinn worked with real estate agent Katie O’ Grady to come up with a visual language that spoke on many different levels. O’Grady has a client base that varies from new home buyers to seasoned vets. The goal of the identity program was to be inclusive to all yet have a forward look. There was a need to have buyers feel confident in O’ Grady’s taste level and decision making powers. That began with her personal business card and website. Jargon Boy‘s Creative Director Greg Chinn used a modern-mix color palette and layered graphic treatments. A traditional colonial house outline sketch was overlayed on contemporary patterns to suggest the mindset ot today’s buyer. The feeling that today‘s buyer want that blend of historic detailing with modern conviences when they purchase a property. The feel of the whole identity says understanding of today’s buyers and a forward knowledge of the market. With the new identity program in place, potential and existing clients have a very positive feel for O’ Grady’s knowledge for Fairfield County’s real estate market, translating into increased sales and client confidence.
